EXPERIENCE

Mr. McLaughlin was involved in issuing, receiving and maintaining inventory for over seven thousand (7,000) procurement requests with oversight responsibility for various computer projects on behalf of the Decentralized Automated Service Support System as well as the Tactical Army Combat Service Support computer operations.

Since his retirement in 1997 from from the Information System Command (ISC) and Defense Supply Service Washington (DSSW) located in the Pentagon, Mr. McLaughlin has worked as a Senior Account Representative in the private sector. Although Mr. McLaughlin handled high dollar transactions for both Government and private industry, his customer base is primarily Federal and local Government entities.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE: 21 years of technical experience serving in the military oversight responsibility for various computer projects on the Decentralized Automated Service Support System as well as the Tactical Army Combat Service Support computer operations.
